Registration: Complete the form to register using the dropdown menu to select the program you wish to attend. Be sure to click SUBMIT when you have completed filling out the form.

Donation: Select from one of the following options.

1) mail your check for the donation amount identified in the program to the address listed below (please put the program name in the Memo line
2) click the “Donate Here” button to donate by credit card. When you click that button, you will be taken to the WVIS Tithe.ly site. Be sure to select the program you are registering for from the dropdown menu.
3) you can donate by credit card directly through WVIS by calling 304.345.0926 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
